The Eastwood Academy, part of Tenacitas Trust, has achieved an Outstanding Ofsted result in every category following its inspection on 10–11 December. Inspectors confirmed the school has maintained its exceptional standards with no areas for improvement identified. They praised the academy as "a very happy school" where pupils thrive academically, socially, and personally.

Ofsted highlighted the academy’s rich curriculum, high expectations, and respectful culture, noting the strong relationships between pupils and staff. Principal David Piercy said:
"This result reflects the hard work and determination of our school community. Our pupils and staff embody ‘The Eastwood Way,’ demonstrating resilience, care, and a relentless commitment to excellence."

Under the leadership of CEO Scott Sterling, Tenacitas Trust was recognised for its pivotal role in maintaining high standards and fostering a culture of collaboration. The trust’s partnerships with other schools across Essex were also praised, highlighting the shared learning that has strengthened practices. Sterling commented:
